Human beings live in frequent need of the interactive communication of quality. There is, alongside the advance of new information and communication technologies, a considerable group of people who's common and individual purposes are to achieve in the shortest period of time and with the least effort possible, the objetive. In this dynamic process of continuous feedback between technologies and people, human beings take the central position. The latest technologies must serve people, and not the opposite.
Thus, this international association and each member of that dynamic interaction process, starting from the human being and ending with aspects like hardware and software, such as: analysis, contents, testing, etc., are considered in a fundamental way in order to result in the production of very high quality products and services.
This is a space where theories and experiences resulting from the intersection of formal sciences and fact sciences are vital. The association tends to set up some kind of bridge between both sciences, with a particular interest for students, teachers, professionals and all those whom concern themselves with qualitative international communication.
