The recommended formatting guidelines for a smoother production of the camera-ready paper (digital version):
Instructions for using the author template:
All submitted papers/contributions will be reviewed by a double-blind (at least three reviewers), non-blind, and participative peer review.
These three kinds of review will support the selection process of those that will be accepted for their presentation at the international conference.
Authors of accepted research contributions who registered in the conference can have access to the evaluations and possible feedback provided by the reviewers who recommended the acceptance of their works, so they can accordingly improve the final version of their papers, short papers, research-in-progress, demos, posters, etc.
All contributions will be reviewed by the International Program Committee, and if of a high enough standard, accepted for presentation orally or by poster.
The registered author can present more than one work. In short, one (1) registration is equal to two (2) research contributions. For example: Paper #1 and paper #2; Paper and short paper; Paper and poster ; Demo and poster; Research-in-progress and demo; etc.
The authors can appear as co–authors in several papers, demos, posters, and so on, in ADNTIIC 2025 and the affiliated international conference can present two (2) or more research works.
Non-registered authors may not have access to the reviews of their respective submissions.
Total number of pages only for digital version off-line and color –distributed in the conference room/s– is:
:: Demos: Maximum length is 8 pages in English.
:: Doctoral Consortium: Maximum length is 6 pages in English.
:: Papers: Maximum length is 14 pages in English.
:: Posters: Maximum length is 4 pages in English.
:: Research-in-Progress: Maximum length is 8 pages in English.
