Fees and Information about Registration

Note 1. All authors and presenters of invited papers, regularly submitted papers, posters, demos, doctoral consortium, program chairs and co-chairs, scientific committee members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations, receive this discounted registration fee. A supplemental registration fee of 45 euros is added, if you are not eligible for the discounted registration fee.

Note 2. An official letter from your University or other educational institutions, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status, must be presented (in English) when registering at the Conference. If we do not receive the full amount due before the early registration deadline the full late rate may become payable. We will send you confirmation by email when we have received your payment and your registration is complete.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations received in writing by 31 August 2017 will be fully refunded, less 45 € which will be deducted for administrative expenses. For cancellations received after this date, please see the following cases:

1) For authors of papers: Inclusion of papers in the International Conference Proceedings is conditional upon registration of an author by 15 September 2017. After this date, submitted papers will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.

2) For authors and non-authors: No refunds will be made from 16 Septembber 2017 onwards.

Additional Notes

• All International Conference fees are in €uro
• Additional pages for papers: € 25 each (maximun 4 pages)
• Extra CD or DVD proceedings (while available) may be purchased for € 30
• Extra gala dinners ticket (evening) may be purchased for € 25 each
• Accompanying person must register with a full or student participant but takes no part in the International Conference. Besides, it does not allow entry to any Conference sessions or talks, or a published paper, or a set of proceedings
• International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance
