Fees and Information about Registration

Note 1. All authors and presenters of invited papers, regularly submitted papers, posters, demos, doctoral consortium, program chairs and co-chairs, scientific committee members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations, receive this discounted registration fee. A supplemental registration fee of € 55 is added, if you are not eligible for the discounted registration fee.

Note 2. An official letter from your University or other educational institutions, duly signed and stamped, indicating your current student status, must be presented (in English) when registering at the Conference. Note 4. Special fees for the International Symposium on CCGIDIS 2013 participants (authors, students, scientific committee members, and members of cooperating or sponsoring organizations).

Special notes: Registration will be NOT possible on site at the Registration Desk (Venice, Italy).

Send us a scanned copy of your bank transfer by email: Secretariat.HIASCIT@gmail.com. Please ensure that you pay any charges you bank may charge. If we do not receive the full amount due before the early registration deadline the full late rate may become payable. We will send you confirmation by email when we have received your payment and your registration is complete.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations received in writing by 5th April 2013 will be fully refunded, less 40 € which will be deducted for administrative and bank expenses. For cancellations received after this date, please see the following cases:

1) For authors of papers: Inclusion of papers in the International Conference Proceedings is conditional upon registration of an author by Monday, 1st April 2013. After this date, submitted papers will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.

2) For authors and non-authors: No refunds will be made from 6th April onwards.

Accommodation

The Venice Certosa Hotel (contact to Mrs Sabrina Piccoli - info@venicecertosahotel.com :: Phone: +39.041 2778632 :: Fax: +39 041 8623113) and VeniceSi are recommended as the main hotels / guesthouse of the International Conference. These hotels and guesthouse will accept reservations at the special Conference rate (VeniceSi - contact to Mrs Alessandra Dell'Anna :: reservation@veneziasi.com :: Phone: +39.041.5222264) only when you identify yourself as an "International Conference –HIASCIT 2013". Room reservations should be made directly with Venice Certosa Hotel or VeniceSi.

• All International Conference fees are in €uro
• Additional pages for papers: € 40 each (maximun 4 pages)
• Extra CD or DVD proceedings (while available) may be purchased for € 40
• Books should be paid directly at the publishing house (special discount for the author/s and/or participants)
• Accompanying person must register with a full or student participant but takes no part in the International Conference. Besides, it does not allow entry to any Conference sessions or talks, or a published paper, or a set of proceedings
• International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance
