<< Paper Submission CCGIDIS 2025 >>

The recommended formatting guidelines for a smoother production of the camera-ready paper (digital version):

Instructions for using the author template:

All submitted papers/contributions will be reviewed by a double-blind (at least three reviewers), non-blind, and participative peer review.

These three kinds of review will support the selection process of those that will be accepted for their presentation at the international symposium.

Authors of accepted research contributions who registered in the symposium can have access to the evaluations and possible feedback provided by the reviewers who recommended the acceptance of their works, so they can accordingly improve the final version of their papers, short papers, research-in-progress, demos, posters, etc.

All contributions will be reviewed by the International Program Committee, and if of a high enough standard, accepted for presentation orally or by poster.

The registered author can present more than one work. In short, one (1) registration is equal to two (2) research contributions. For example: Paper #1 and paper #2; Paper and short paper; Paper and poster ; Demo and poster; Research-in-progress and demo; etc.

The authors can appear as co–authors in several papers, demos, posters, and so forth, in CCGIDIS 2025 and the affiliated international symposium can present two (2) or more research works.

Non-registered authors may not have access to the reviews of their respective submissions.

Total number of pages only for digital version off-line and color –distributed in the conference room/s– is:

:: Demos: Maximum length is 8 pages in English.

:: Doctoral Consortium: Maximum length is 6 pages in English.

:: Papers: Maximum length is 14 pages in English.

:: Posters: Maximum length is 4 pages in English.

:: Research-in-Progress: Maximum length is 8 pages in English.

:: Short Papers: Maximum length is 10 pages in English.

See cost for additional pages in registration section (notes).

Post-Conference Publications #1: Proceedings (B/W printing)

International publishing house in UK with indexation: Clarivate Analytics (formerly ISI), Web of Knowledge, EI, SciVerse Scopus, Compendex, and so on. Deadline: December 2025.

Post-Conference Publications #2: Handbooks (color printing)

A selected number of accepted and personally presented contributions will be expanded and revised for possible inclusion in prestigious international handbooks (color printing), in Computational Science and Engineering Collection and/or Software and New Technologies Collection. Deadline: December 2025.

Editors: Francisco V. Cipolla Ficarra et al.

Note that only research works personally presented or best contributions (paper, short paper, demo, research-in-progress, etc.) at the international conference will be considered for invitation to the special Handbook

Post-Conference Publications #3: Online magazine (color)

All accepted research works will be considered by the inclusion of a new and international scientific journal in Europe (next December 2025).

N.B. At our international symposium, all accepted research works, corrected based on the reviewers' comments, properly recorded and with respectful behavior of the authors, are included in the final proceedings. In short, no author is excluded from the final proceedings or magazines that are indexed in ACM, IEEE or similar databases, as is the case with other events with similar themes.
