Very Important (new date): The ashes of the volcano Puyehe, Chile

The ashes of the volcano Puyehe (Chile) affect the flying of the main international airport in Argentina (Ezeiza –Buenos Aires).

Due to extraordinary event (delays and cancellations of the flights that prevent the normal travelling of people), which might damage the normal attendance of the international participants, it has been decided to postpone the date of the international conference ADNTIIC 2011 (December 5, 6 and 7) and keeping the same place (Casa Serrana –Huerta Grande, Sierras de Córdoba). We are working for the new date and crossing our fingers with the ashes of the Chilean volcano.

We think that the second date is the most feasible, bearing in mind all the inconveniences we are having and which are totally alien to our will. We apologize for this delay.

Beca Especial para Estudiantes Universitarios Argentinos (Spanish News)

Los estudiantes de doctorados y maestrías, que no presenten trabajo alguno en el evento internacional (paper, póster, demo y doctoral consortium), acompañados de un tutor/docente universitario y que desean asistir a los eventos, lo podrán hacer, cumplimentando previamente los siguientes requisitos:

1) Registrarse online al siguiente enlace

Adjuntar el certificado de estudiante/docente universitario, emitido en el 2011 (en el mismo debe aparecer el número del DNI argentino) a: Secretariat.ADNTIIC@gmail.com

2) Presentar los documentos originales en el momento del ingreso (certificado de estudiante/docente universitario y DNI argentino). Aquellos que no tengan los originales, lamentablemente no podrán entrar a las salas.

3) Abonar 325 pesos argentinos, mediante giro postal a la secretaria local: Sra. Silvia Mónica Reyna en Huerta Grande - Sierras de Córdoba (no se aceptan pagos en la sede del evento). Enviar copia del giro postal a: Secretariat.ADNTIIC@gmail.com

4) El grupo mínimo para acceder a esta beca excepcional es de 2 (dos) estudiantes, acompañados por un docente o tutor. Ese docente/tutor tiene los mismos beneficios que los estudiantes, es decir, abona 325 pesos argentinos y tiene que registrarse online.

5) Los tickets para comidas, cenas, viajes, etc., no están incluidos en la presente beca.

6) Quienes no reúnan las condiciones enumeradas anteriormente no gozarán de la beca especial.

7) A los estudiantes y docentes acompañadores, se les emitirá un certificado de asistencia. Además, cada uno de ellos, tendrán una copia gratuita de las actas de la Blue Herons Editions (Canadá, Argentina, España e Italia). También gozan de los mismos descuentos especiales para el alojamiento, como el resto de participantes nacionales e internacionales.

Finalmente, recordarles que los idiomas de las presentaciones de los trabajos de investigación son el inglés y/o español (sin servicio de traducción simultánea).

La fecha límite para la participación a esta beca excepcional es el 29 de Noviembre .

An exhibition for trade suppliers of equipment relevant or services to the main topics of the conference will run in parallel with the presentation sessions.
